This is my proposal for your logo and headshot designs. The header would be 850 wide with the logo on one end and the headshot on the other end. The main font would be the one used for "Influential Marketing" portion of the design.
As you can see color choices are still kept with the two blue shades that you stated. As you wanted a non literal sense of fire, the bands coming out represent that along with the idea of broadcasting which is a term of marketing.
