For this entry I still worked off the “Thoughts that Spread Like Wildfire” theme. (Please see posting 61 for my full description.)

The option adds a loudspeaker component to the the tower and switches the style of the radio waves.

I've also created a web-look for the banner set up. Just a simple curve (al-a radio wave) to frame your headshot. Added your dark blue as a blend to the banner. Similar color treatment for the text.

Rohit,

The radio waves concept stood out to me as jiving with what you do. In this submission the broadcast tower begins in the "k" of marketing (your expertise) passes through influential (your credibility) and rises high above (your reach) to send out the message.

I've have attached a concept for your blog header and will follow with a logo.

I have used variations of the font Helvetica Neue throughout the designs, as this is a font widely recognised for its simplicity and does not interfere with the message, your blog itself. This font can ...(more)

I think your other design is stronger than this one. The icon here feels a bit like a combination of the blogger icon and the RSS one ... too much recognizability from people as something else.
