- Really like the direction with this one, clean and simple
- I like the way the IMB is big, but doesn't feel overpowering. I would love to see the IMB take even less prominence and the blog name pop more

- nice use of color palatte and integration of headshot for banner (but you can feel free to add some more color, like for example to the fire above the i)

- how the logo shrinks well to thumbnail form
- use of the megaphone style concept to indicate an idea catching on
- square format is nice and adaptable to many things

here, i removed the abreviation and decided to use the words. I kept the blue to alarge extent and tried playing around orange and maroon plus intertwined it with some flowing designs

I focussed more on the IMB abreviation. I experimented alot with the flowing lines, fire theme and i love what I came up with. Hope you like it too.
