Thank you so much for your input on my first logo entry. I took your input and added the rolling hill under the tree. I tried to do it in the simple geometric shape (on the right) to match the simple shapes of the rest of the logo. I also tried a more organic, handmade line to create the outline of the hill (on the left). I think that this one works better than the one on the right because the contrast between the organic line and the geometric tree really works well together. Also, the roughness of the line can be thought of as a representation of grass on the hill.
The two logos on the bottom represent what the logo would look like in black and white only.
