-I like the colors of the word and I like the lower case m
-I like that the word is flat (not 3d)
-I am not sure where the TM should go. I think i saw it on some trademarks on the right and top...i will do some research and I will come back to that..
-I would like the sphere to have the same colors as the word
-I like how the sphere look 3d but there is something that I do not like about how they connect. I can say that I like the long pieces of the M more than the short ones..

here is my take on your logo. Let me know if you would like to see a different font. I left out the it solutions tagline, because it wasnt in you must list. If you would like me to include it, just say so and Ill take care of it. This is my attempt at the cleanup, I do plan on being a little more adventurous (fonts and effects and gradients on fonts, maybe playing with some shadow)
