I'd still take down the cute a tad, and center the kitty--it's would be fine for the heart to be farther left, even overlapping the border.

Hi!!! I added the bleeding heart to the figure, that resembles the metaphore in the viral video. I guess this could work in order to make the design less cute. I also change the character's color to bring it out.
