Just a bit more progress to add... I have removed the actual arrows from this design and think it looks much more smooth flowing.... The breaks in the mountain/A still indicate a trade aspect (and exchange)...
The logo retains it's appeal in gray-scale as I have illustrated here - v. important. Also, the mountain icon will create a great favicon, signature, etc. when on it's own.... also a very unique watermark on any other marketing collateral you produce.
