Can you get rid of the pink house on the right in the city and change the sun rays?
The logo looks much better without those items crowding it. But I think the green area in the middle looks a little bare... maybe a few small flowers dotted around the big green area to break it up a little and make it more interesting?
Have a think about where you would put the flag pole too - it needs to be somewhere that is reasonably obvious, but not forced.
Disclosure: I created everything in my entry and I didn't copy anyone else's concept. (?)
Here you go. I moved flowers & co away from the text, added a roadway and a couple of tiny houses. Keep me posted on your thoughts or if you have any other inspiration. I don't want to go whole hog and add to much at the risk of getting it cluttered. Pulling the other entries for cleanliness.
