Creative brief

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Spark No. 9 provides financial management, business development and strategy services and advice for small to medium media, entertainment and information companies and their suppliers. Spark No. 9's principals work primarily on a project basis and have about 20 years business experience each (and a gray hair or two). Much of the work is about developing new businesses: creating a vision, developing a plan, and so on. Key activities: acquiring information about potential opportunities, synthesizing information, analyzing data, developing financials, telling a story... In many cases, Spark will add "bandwidth" or management capacity to a team that has great opportunities but too much on their plate.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

Seeking a logo that can be used on business cards, web pages, stationary. Image should convey innovation but cannot be too light-hearted. It may reference the "spark" literally but does not have to. The business card layout/design should incorporate the logo and be able to be modified. Indifferent between one-sided vs two-sided.

So far, CEOs of established companies with revenue ranging from $5M - $300M, private equity sponsors, CEOs of start-ups
