Creative brief

About us
We converting an old factory site to a business park were we will have units available to rent. The business park name will be Limavady Business Park. The color scheme will be white buildings and black doors and window frames. We would like to maintain this color scheme throughout.
The logo will be on the sign with the words "Limavady Business Park"
The sign will be self standing for the purpose of attracting rental clients and customers to the site.
The business park is in a rural setting with a mountain back drop.
We want to portray a business like corporate image for the site which will encourage people to locate their business on our site.
