HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

This ad will be a full page ad in an MLS directory book. It will be a black and white but we would like to see it in color as we may use it again. We have to ideas for the ad.
1. A collage of pictures of Eaton's Crossing with the lot prices listed (attached) either on the side or a picture of the sitemap (attached) with a collage of pictures in the center.
2. The second option would be an offer similar to "The summer is on us" or "2009 is on us" offer will include 1. No payments until 2010 - Eaton's Crossing will be your property taxes through 2009 2. $1000 prepaid gift card to Waters View Restaurant 3. A free Sea-doo
