LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

We are a leading provider of seminar training in North America for business professionals. One of the ways we do this is by notifying our customers of seminars through email notices.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

I need a fresh email design for our supervision seminar. Basically, I need for you to use the same copy that is in our control version of the email, but give it a fresh look and feel. (I'm particularly interested in a fresh layout of the top 1/3rd of the email ... the remainder of the email just needs for the look to match .

This design should be presented in a PSD document to us -- layered so we can manipulate/proof text ourselves, and insert dates, etc. We'll take care of doing the HTML.

[note about attached file: you can stop the design where the "register now box" begins -- we'll insert that and our company directory with our internal staff]

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

First-time managers and supervisors -- and their bosses. All industries -- for-profits, non-profits, government, etc.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

*Absolutely, positively DO concentrate the design on making the top 1/3rd of this email --- after that, feel free to do the basic layout from the old design.

*Do NOT think uptight, corporate tradition -- go for a contemporary, bright, cheery design.

*Make sure the title of the seminar is the dominant visual on the page.

*LIMIT use of reverse text

*Do NOT use pics of people ... or illustrations/silhouettes of people. If you do use any kind of illustrations depicting people (which isn't necessary -- but acceptable) -- they should be more cartoonish in nature. Humor sells.

OOPS -- I THINK I MADE A MISTAKE ABOVE AND CAN'T CHANGE -- WHILE THE AREA BELOW CAN BE SIMILAR TO THE ORIGNAL DESIGN -- LET'S NOT MAKE IT EXACTLY THE SAME.

I'M SORRY THAT THIS IS THROWING PEOPLE OFF ... I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT THE DESIGNS WOULD ALL LOOK THE SAME (WHICH IS WHAT'S HAPPENING) IF YOU DIDN'T REWORK THE FULL EMAIL.

AGAIN -- SORRY FOR THE MISUNDERSTANDING
