We've provided very general- to no guidelines when posting this project, because we were hoping to find a new design we liked better than our ideas. We like all the submissions, but we still like our idea more, and hope you would consider now doing the logo and button/icon sample per these very very very specific instructions. I have just added sample idea files to the Materials, if they might be helpful. We are thinking of having an image/portrait/caricature of Sir Isaac Newton as 3D-type face found on currency/money. The logo should not be the rectangular or bill-like, but more like the central part with his bust and perhaps an image of a house's roof behind the head on one side to balance out the semi-profile face with his long nose facing the other side. We like Egyptian 10-pound note, Chinese 20 Yuan for colors, and French 100 Francs for quality of portrait. There are 3-4 portraits of Sir Isaac Newton which can be found online, and I think can be taken as a starting point but must be altered not to infringe on the original work. Colors light blue, light gray, light orange/pink, not solid but like a wavy watermark-like. The text of Finance Newton and Finance Made Simple (R) can be darker/more solid. It would be great that once the sample image/icons are approved all the buttons can dynamically be made to have a light or color pass along the waves of their watermark texture on user mouse-over or clicks. I can provide hand-sketched samples, so if you have Skype please add benwaystudios. (less)

Hi everyone,
At the request of the buyer we have extended this project by 5 days. We truly hope that they will be able to work closely with you to get the design they came here for. Great work so far, everyone, and thanks for participating!

We're NOT interested in clip art-type houses and very bright colors.
