I want to personally apologize to the buyer and the creatives who participated in this project. We dropped the ball on this one. The buyer reached out to us several times, we were supposed to follow-up with them, and did not. That's on us. We will be changing some of our internal procedures to make sure that this does not happen again.

We have contacted Ross and Jerome on three occassions in the past two weeks in order to resolve the issues we had with them, not the designers. We have contacted Ross and Jerome on three occassions in the past two weeks in order to resolve the issues we had with them, not the designers. They have not responded a single time, either by email or phone. So, I don't know what they mean when they say they have tried hard to contact the buyer. I am he, and they have made no attempt to contact me or resolve this matter so I had no choice but to put a hold on the credit card. See last message below.
