Of the first 11 entries: 9 use a plus sign 7 use the letter R 2 use a graphic (although it is a plus sign) I do like the 3D graphic idea. It would be good to see some more graphic ideas. The letter R and/or a Plus sign may be good -and we may even choose that design - ... (more)

and as a 3D creator, i actually know what are you doing, although i prefer 3D MAX then sketchup :)

1. Watch out for the Plus sign as white in a background - it has a medical look which we probably won't like.

2. You may want to include a use of your design in the web site itself in your submission. I have created a version of the web site with no logo, so you can insert yours there to see how it looks:

3. Although there are some clever logos here - many seem to be based on the company name - using letters and a plus sign. I would like to see some entries which make it seem like the creator spent some time understanding what we do and what my be a good logo for a company in the SketchUp community. (less)
