Creative brief

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

MileageManager is nearly 20 years old (the oldest and largest tool of its kind) and the current edition of the Website hasn't been touched for 6 years. In other words, years too long. It needs something current defining Web 2.0 and even reaching for Web 3.0. Needs complete redesign of landing page and all other associated pages from clickthrough including contact, help, FAQ. Yes, it needs a mileage makeover.

While we have designers and production people for a project like this, they are busy with other projects and we've decided it just unfair to keep asking this Website to wait its turn.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need a complete new look and feel to this popular Website. We hope to have a design that embraces many of the newer technologies that are available for UI and information presentation. Could include color plays, logo update and importantly, internal pages once off the landing page. We're thinking maybe 10-20 pages total?

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

We're the frequent flyer experts and that clearly defines our audience: business travelers and frequent flyers who need help managing all their frequent flyer miles.
