Heller Holdings is a privately-held commercial real estate firm engaged in investment, development, property management, construction management, and consulting. Our company goal is to achieve high-quality results in all aspects of real estate development and investment.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We are looking to develop and create a logo for "Element" a 20-unit condominium project in Los Angeles, CA. Logo design will be used for flyers, building signage and all other necessary marketing material. Creativity is very important.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

We are targeting young, trendy individuals and or couples who are probably in there late twenties to early thirties. Most likely they are first time buyers. Logo/Marketing material needs to catch prospective buyer’s attention.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

We are open to font choices and design suggestions. We would like to see some color used in the logo design we are open to any color scheme. The building will have a very clean, trendy, contemporary vibe so we would like the logo to have the same feel.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

We DO NOT want to see Goofy clip art, just a creative presentation of the word "Element." As far as the building signage maybe we could figure out a creative way to use the letter "E." We DO NOT want just another logo design, which people easily pass over. We want it to catch their attention and wow them. We want them to see the marketing material and or building signage and stop and say - this looks interesting, let's look inside at one of the units. We would like to see two things; the logo design with the letter "E," which will be used for the building sign, and underneath it the word "Element" spelled out.
