Creative brief

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

We're a couple of ex ad guys who are starting a web based business for enthusiasts (e.g., fishing, cooking, knitting, etc). We're hoping to find a logo and stationary design that will serve us going forward.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

Logo to be used on Letterhead, envelopes, Powerpoint template, business cards, email signature.
Artwork for Letterhead
Artwork for Envelopes (#10)
Artwork for Business Cards
Artwork for Powerpoint Presentation Template
Artwork for email signature

There are just two of us so we'll need two versions of business cards, email signature and letterheads. Because we don't have an address yet, items should only list our names, email addresses and phone numbers. They are as follows:

Company Name: Stone/Purdy
(Note: we want to keep the backslash between the names)

Peter Steinhauser
psteinhauser@rcn.com
(773) 339-0044

Clay Purdy
c.purdy@comcast.net
(312) 961-7940

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

This is a B2B business. We'll primarily be dealing with web developers and advertisers. We want a logo and overall look that is distinctive, staturesque but still has a playful sense of fun. Real clean and more for guys than girls. We're dealing with categories that are inherently fun and we don't want to get too serious. But we certainly want to come off as professional.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

Apple (like who doesn't), Xerox (the red stuff), facebook, FedEx, Pepsi (the new one).

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

The name of the company and the backslash between the two words:

Stone/Purdy
