Please make sure the face contour remains the defining aspect of the logo and try to blend it seamlessly into your design as it is in the original logo. Also it is very important to keep a coffee cup for the face to be enjoying for it to make sense as a coffee and tea logo. The cup you may redesign or change as you wish. (less)

Another thing I should mention is that "Jaho" is the primary name so "Coffee & Tea" do not necessarily have to be the same size or location as "Jaho." Also, try to not directly copy any existing logos, especially Starbucks. While I like their logo, we'd like to have a distinct look for our company.
