They were in violation with crowdSPRING's standards of conduct for creatives (http://www.crowdspring.com/standards_of_conduct_for_creatives) and our user agreement (http://www.crowdspring.com/user_agreement). Also, if you look at the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 United States License from the creator of the clipart. It says precisely "Noncommercial. We've removed the award assigned to Asti's entries. Also, if you look at the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 United States License from the creator of the clipart. It says precisely "Noncommercial. You may not use this work for commercial purposes.". Thank you for pointing this to your buyer but please remember that you can file a report violation at anytime and we will immediately review it.

I just mentioned to him that asti used other means in designing his submission and posted the link to creative commons. Do people really use clip art to design logos? I am amazed. Maybe he bought it but he definitely didn´t mention it in disclosure and claim his work as "made only by himself" and even he bought it I think buyer should know ... (more)

I´m not saying that asti just use it. Maybe he bought it but he definitely didn´t mention it in disclosure and claim his work as "made only by himself" and even he bought it I think buyer should know that these vectors could be used somewhere else. Again I don´t want to hurt asti at all I was just wondering if he really bought those vectors for commercial use. (less)

Even if these vectors are free for commercial use, the creative needs/needed to disclose this info to the buyer when posting the entry. This very much increases the chance that this icon is used in other logos/designs.

Did you bought those vector files from DragonArtz? Because if you are not DragonArtz then those vectors are under non-commercial licence. Correct me if I´m wrong...
