LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Phoenix-Durango is primarily in the business of purchasing distressed loan portfolios backed by real estate. Other business includes servicing loans, collections, refinance, foreclosing and selling Real Estate Owned. It is a vulture fund based in Florida but its territory covers the entire USA.



HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need a website designed which will be focused around our real estate property listings and include a page with basic corporate information. The following four pages are needed for the website:

1. Homepage

The homepage will contain basic corporate information as well as some featured property listings (see Property Listings below).

2. About Us

The about us page would have basic corporate information, as well as management profiles and photos.

3. Property Listings

The Property Listings page will contain a basic search form and result set for properties in the system. Individual results will include a photo, basic property information (address, price, etc) and a link to view more. The interface needs to support ordering the results by Price or Location, etc. Additionally the results will have a link to view a full page result on the individual property.

4) View Property Page

This will be a full page view of a particular property. This page should include support for multiple property photos, a map (google maps or yahoo maps preferably) and all the basic property metrics associated with a real estate site (see Zillow.com or Trulia.com)
