Creative brief

The buyer added updates to the brief. Read them.

Whistler Piazza Developers is a real estate development company in Indianapolis specializing in the purchase and development of historic apartment buildings in historic communities of Indianapolis.

I need an attractive logo that will be used on construction signage, permanent signage, within my website, and on marketing materials that may require the use of the logo.

Our target audience is ecclectic classy future potential residents, and other professionals in the same field.

Please see www.ReverieEstates.com for my taste. This is my website for the management company who will be managing Whistler Piazza developments. Reverie Estates also has its own developments. You will see my style from the site, the different property logos, and you will also be able to learn more about me from reading about my company.

Brief updates

I have uploaded the logo of my other development company, Reverie Estates, and also a picture of Whistler Piazza's first development Historic Audubon Court.

First of all, check out the files I uploaded for an example of my style, and more importantly please visit my website to see my taste:

Some specific things I like (PLEASE SEE NUMBER 4!):

1. Balance, with curves or straight lines, but just a sense of balance.
2. Real objects intertwined into the logo, cartoonish or realistic
3. Pastel colors (to give a historic look)
4. HISTORIC LOOK! I'd love a logo that looks like it came from the 1920's.
5. Something that communicates in some way what we do (we develop historic buildings).
6. Handmade looking, like the Fret Knot Logo attached!

Thanks!

More updates to come maybe.
