Creative brief

We are a 501c3 non profit educational conference organization dedicated to advancing healthcare through open discussion of scientific issues. We need a logo for our Applied Proteomics & Biotechnology(TM) forum. .

Project Summary:

The Applied Proteomics & Biotechnology forum is dedicated to the application of proteomics technologies and biomarker assays in an industrial setting as the name implies. We will be focused on discussing novel diagnostics that can offer the early prediction of human disease, and in turn offer early treatment options.

The Applied Proteomics & Biotechnology forum facilitates education, training, discussion, and scientific activities in support of the healthcare community, and promotes and disseminates knowledge of the needs of the healthcare community to vendors. Membership includes scientists involved in every area of healthcare research and development, particularly with respect to applied pharmaceutical and medical endeavors. Members come from academic, industrial and governmental laboratories. Their interests include biology, toxicology, mechanisms of action, safety margin, and advancement of techniques and instrumentation, synthesis, and the full spectrum of activities necessary to discover and develop a therapeutic entity.

What sets us apart from our competitors:

We are extremely applied and focused on current industrial issues critical to the healthcare community. We are also a non-profit. We offer high-Impact, groundbreaking, open, thoughtful discussion & debate.

We need a logo for this particular workshop. We use logos to distinguish each of our workshops for our signage, websites, branded merchandise, et cetera.

Our audience is comprised of creative and knowledgeable people who are highly accountable to their employers. They specialize in the delicate analytical methods carefully applied to tease out unique signatures of human disease in an ocean of similar molecules. They have a deep knowledge of both chemistry and biology as well as pharmacology in order to accomplish this.

Text that should be included in the main part of the logo:
Applied Proteomics & Biotechnology, including the letters ‘APB’ somehow is nice in the event we cannot include the text.

Health care symbols such as the cadeceus, cross, et ceter but mixed perhaps with chemical symbols molecules, atoms, et cetera. We're really not sure, so surprise us! We have developed all of our logos on this forum so you can look at some of our previous projects in the archives
