Creative brief
The buyer added updates to the brief. Read them.
We would like to have a LOGO created for an new artist's showcase (artist guild) in Downtown Gilroy, California.
The logo should include the words "Downtown Arts" only.
The logo graphic should represent artists and perhaps a subtle graphic link to garlic, because Gilroy is the garlic capital of the world.
HOWEVER, please don't emphasize the garlic, as we would like the art graphic (whatever that may be) to be the predominant feature in the logo.
Please be original with your ideas!
Overall, this should be an EXCITING logo, VERY eye-catching and VERY appealing! Lean toward sophisticated, urban, not cartoonish. No limitation on colors.
Our target audience is those interested in the media arts, painting, sculpture, etc.
