Creative brief
The buyer added updates to the brief. Read them.
My logo is for my company but it gets a little tricky as my company is just *me* and I do a lot of different things.
1. I am a professional speaker
2. I am a consultant
3. I am an educator
I am also the BRAND as I am the only one in the company and in the multifamily industry where I get all of my work, my name is very well known. Therefore, my name (Lisa Trosien) must also be a part of the logo.
I would like the logo to communicate all that I do. I do not want an apartment building in the logo. I prefer fonts that are not boring, such as Times or Arial.
I prefer the colors that already exist on my website, www.apartmentexpert.com
If I love the logo, I may also request a Power Point template later on.

- I apologize for not being clearer in my instructions. I need the name ApartmentExpert.com to be prominent. Although I must admit some of these with my name prominent are pretty good, too.
A little advice - please spell my name correctly. I know it's a really weird last name and easy to misspell but it's spelled T R O S I E N.
