What do you do?

We provide the highest quality one-on-one, in-home tutoring services in Chicago. We tutor kids of all ages, in every subject under the sun. Our company is growing quickly - we're expanding to San Francisco, and we've just started offering music lessons. This is not a stodgy "corporate," one size fits all type of company. We're fast paced, we focus on the individual needs of both our students and our employees, and we really care about making a difference in the lives of our students, while having some fun in the process.

Describe the target audience for your clothing design

We aren't selling these T-Shirts. They're for the members of our admin team. The shirts are meant to foster a sense of pride, community and fun within our team. We're very proud of what we do for our students, we're passionate about our jobs, and we don't mind showing it off. :) We're a group of women in Chicago and a few surrounding suburbs with an average age of about 29 (with outliers in their early 20s and late 30s), and a few of us have young children.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your clothing design?

*We care about all of our employees, and we want them to know it.
*We feel proud of Nurturing Wisdom, everything we've achieved, and excited about everything we will achieve.
*We're committed to our jobs, and feel a sense of belonging with NW.

What clothing design styles do you like?

We love the design that MailChimp recently came out with for their shirts: http://www.mailchimp.com/blog/5000-free-shirts/
It's cool, stylish, and it doesn't look overly corporate.

We also really like V-neck or scoopneck T-shirts.

How many colors should be used in the design?

No real limitation here, but we'd prefer fewer colors.

What colors do you want to see in your clothing design?

We're really interested in a gray shirt, but open to other ideas. Our company logo is kind of a dark red color, but that's not mandatory.

What colors do you NOT want to see in your clothing design?

Hot Pink, Orange...No fluorescent or neon colors.

What adjectives should best describe your clothing design?

Comfortable, Wearable, Stylish.

How will you use the clothing design?

This will be worn by members of our admin team, whenever they feel like wearing it. We don't want a cheesy, boring design. We want our team to feel good about wearing the shirt out of the house.

What must be included in the clothing design?

I've uploaded our logo, for reference and inspiration. We would like the logo to be incorporated in the design. It doesn't have to look exactly like this though.
