District of Columbia Transition to Electronic Health Records (a DC Primary Care Association program powered by Clinovations)
Regional Extension Centers (RECs) are charged with assisting primary care providers in adopting and using Electronic Health Records (EHRs). The DC Primary Care Association (DCPCA.org) is launching a program powered by Clinovations Consulting (clinovations.com) that will help with practice transformation in DC. We will assist with vendor selection, provider education and outreach, as well as EHR implementation.

DC-based physicians
Transformation from paper-based care to electronically-enabled high quality care. Trusted, professional organization that offers valuable innovative services.
Text and Image: "DoC" or "DOC" perhaps in a handwritten style (i.e., paper-based care practices) with the "T" in the middle that shows movement (e.g., perhaps as a plus with a slight right arrow), and "EHR" in a font that emphasizes electronic or future-state (e.g. computer text, terminal font, etc.)
Could include a red cross-like "T" in middle of logo.
Should incorporate:
Blue RGB (12, 39, 120) CMYK (98,99,3,48) Hex (#000066)
May also incorporate but not limited to DCPCA colors:
Purple RGB (162, 2, 125) CMYK (27, 100, 1, 16) Hex (#990066)
Golden Yellow RGB (209, 151, 0) CMYK (8, 37, 95, 3) Hex (#CC9900)
Bright Yellow RGB (248, 252, 115) CMYK (7, 0, 83, 0)
Brown/Green RGB (134, 109, 137) CMYK (0, 20, 100, 56)
None
Website, PowerPoint, letterhead, print publications
Would like to incorporate the cross into the logo as part of the name, this image uses it as just a picture.

Also open to other creative ways to spell or depict the play on "Doctor" with "DOCTEHR" (District of Columbia Transition to Electronic Health Records)
Also interested in transparent logo image on solid background.
Would also like iteration of logo with tagline that reflects:
DC Regional Extension Center or Regional Extension Center of the District of Columbia
