Creative brief

I write a blog called Paleo-Future (http://www.paleofuture.com/) that looks at past visions of the future, a genre commonly called retro-futurism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Retro-futurism).

Popular images on my site include robot maids, hoverboards, flying cars, jetpacks... all the futuristic innovations we were supposed to have by the year 2000.

I'm looking for a logo that incorporates one or a number of these predictions about what the future was supposed to be like.

Text elements to include...
Paleo-Future or Paleofuture (with or without the hyphen, depending on what best serves the design)
A look into the future that never was (optional)
