Creative brief

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

We are a young, vibrant property (real estate) inventory business that provides a service to landlords and property agents.

We provide a comprehensive report that gives a full and accurate description of the fixtures, fittings and contents of a property.

The purpose of this document is to protect both landlords and tenants during a period of tenancy. This document is produced at the property with the use of a handheld pc tablet.

Traditionally, an inventory report is prepared using a Dictaphone or even pen and paper. So we are embracing the latest technology to provide the most efficient service possible!

The other main service we provide is the production of Energy Performance Certificates.

This is a document that shows the energy efficiency of a home and also shows how to improve the energy efficiency of a home.

So as you can see, our services are purely property related.


HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need an uncoded page for a website that is not live as yet.

Attached is a web page from a previous design we had.

There is also our new logo, business card, price list and letterhead attached.

These items will give you an idea on the colours we are using. The web page design that is attached will give you an idea of the layout and the items we would like to see on it.


OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

We are targeting private property landlords, property letting agents and property estate (real estate) agents.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

We like the existing design layout and the various symbols that are used for certain items.

The tabs will need to be amended as per the wireframe and the ‘Client/Login’ will need to be removed.

We like the ’24 hour guarantee’ rosette but you are welcome to change the style of it.

We would like to keep the photos in there but feel free to move them around or add your own samples instead.

We also need to have the EPC picture and floorplan picture as these 2 items form part of our services.

The AIIC logo and NHER logo are also attached as per the wireframe.


WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

The look should be modern, professional, sleek and contemporary – to reflect the business owners!

We do not want cartoon type symbols / pictures!

Layers should be grouped properly and every layer and group should be labelled descriptively.

Go and be as creative as you can as we will always give you feedback!
