We are seeking a new website design for “ios financial”, www.iosfinancial.com, an online marketplace that connects banks with small businesses seeking commercial loans.

The functionality is akin to how www.lendingtree.com connects homeowners with mortgage lenders.

We utilize proprietary software to create an efficient online service that decreases the cost and increases the efficiency of getting corporate loans approved for small businesses. Our core focus is trust, speed, value, and building relationships. We offer fresh and Innovative Online Solutions (“IOS”) to the industry, but we also operate within a conservative industry.

Update 21-Jan-10 GMT
Thanks everyone for designs thus far. I haven't had a chance to check the designs for a few days, but will do so this weekend and will be sure to comment on each at that time.

FYI - We do like the concept of adding quicklinks to the bottom of the page, instead of sentances/paragraphs at the bottom.
Update 24-Jan-10 GMT
Nearly everyone is using pics of pie charts on the homepage in first drafts. I know this is because it's in Mint. But please do not include charts on our home page design. Instead, use pictures of business people shaking hands, or business owners standing proud together infront of their business, etc. Something that illustrates small business working with lenders to help grow the businesses.

Please also note that we've posted an example that can be used as a guide to our Borrower page and our Lender page.
