LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

We are a young, vibrant property (real estate) inventory business that provides a service to landlords and property agents.

We provide a comprehensive report that gives a full and accurate description of the fixtures, fittings and contents of a property.

The purpose of this document is to protect both landlords and tenants during a period of tenancy. This document is produced at the property with the use of a handheld pc tablet.

Traditionally, an inventory report is prepared using a Dictaphone or even pen and paper. So we are embracing the latest technology to provide the most efficient service possible!

The other main service we provide is the production of Energy Performance Certificates.

This is a document that shows the energy efficiency of a home and also shows how to improve the energy efficiency of a home.

So as you can see, our services are purely property related.


HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need a logo for use on a website and stationery.

Attached is a document which has a compliment slip design on it – here you can see the existing logo.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

We are targeting private property landlords, property letting agents and property estate (real estate) agents.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

We are looking for a new logo that could incorporate an image of some sort e.g.

A house
A pc tablet
A document

An actual symbol could be created too.

We like the existing colours of black and red. We also like the use of royal / dark blue, white and deeper red.

As we use the following slogan: ‘inventory services that tick all the boxes’ – the use of a ‘tick’ sign could be considered.

We want to change the existing logo and make it more creative.

We want to retain the clean, contemporary look of it.


WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

We do not want cartoon type symbols / pictures!

The look should be modern, professional, sleek and contemporary – to reflect the business owners!
