About 8 years ago, I started and currently manage an employee benefits administration firm - Hartwig Moss Benefits (www.hm-b.com). This new company (BenefitSync) and the platform (Benibank) were created to simplify the employee benefits delivery process for me and my clients.

For employers, Benibank provides a unique approach to the benefit budgeting process. This enables more strategic and targeted benefit spending and automated communication. For employees, Benibank provides valuable education, choice, control and pricing transparency for a menu of benefit options.

Employer funds that are not spent on premium are "banked" to pay out-of-pocket medical costs (copays, deductibles and coinsurance).
