LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

140 digital is a new online marketing agency based in the UK offering a range of services including SEO, Social media marketing, Online marketing strategies and audits, Information Architecture planning, Pay per click management.

140 digital is striving to be a modern, forward thinking full service online marketing agency.

"140 digital - borderline genius!"

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

140 digital requires a logo and brand to be developed, this will form the basis of all marketing material and stationary, as such the logo needs to be easily reproduced in multiple formats and without the need for expensive printing.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

140 digital targets all companies, large and small, who can want to utilise online marketing. Typically 140 digital will deal with marketing managers, business owners or entire marketing departments.

On average a contract with 140 digital will last 12 months and include a number of key performance indicators which are focussed on giving the customer return on investment.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

140 digital needs to have a strong and unique brand as well as being fresh, fun/novel and simple.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

no 3d clip art logos!

Overall we would like to see more emphasis on the 140 and less on the digital, the word digital is meant to be more of a extra word to help customers understand what we do rather than an integral part of the company name.

Think more modern, internet, social networking (twitter, facebook etc..) and less traditional tech company.

The font used needs to be a 'softer' one, not necessarily 'digital' (almost forget the words meaning) - we use digital channels to offer a modern marketing service. It would be nice if the logo could work without even having the word digital in it.

We have seen alot of orange and red - would be nice to see others.

We found we liked designs which used a square / shape around the words to almost give a logo effect

We seem to be getting some really good logos now - just as a bit of direction the speech bubble thing seems to have been done quite a bit - don't feel you have to use a speech bubble as some of the other who have not used this are good too, ideas other than a speech bubble may work too. Also the use of 'one40' instead of 140 has got us thinking.
