LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

I'm a successful real estate agent in the Washington DC area who is launching a team. I
The name of the team is "The Wethman Group." OK to use the words "real estate" somewhere in the design too.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

Logo for use in print (ads, stationery, business cards) and online.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Residential real estate clients. I'm a CPA and MBA and focus my practice on educating clients so that they can make better decisions--it's a consultative approach rather than a sales approach. Most of my clients are well educated professionals.


WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

prefer that the color red be incorporated, but it's not a deal breaker. Must incorporate "The Wethman Group"

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

Definitely nothing cartoon-y.
