Logo needed for holiday rental company

Creative brief

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Looking for a logo that will mainly be used on the web. (please look at the attachment for the company name). Needs to be trendy/appealing and very simple. This company is providing houses/condos for rent for a wide target of ppl around the world.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need a clean/web 2.0 logo but not fun or too cartoonish. It needs to be serious but easy to remember using a symbol.

Symbols could be: A Key, a House and a key inside, dots or whatever that could represent the shape of the map of holland. Look at the attachment showing you what we started to do, but client wasn`t sold on any of them, he liked the first 2 ones at the top but it looks too funky, not pro enough. THe logos below with the house/roof didn`t appeal to him at all, and the ones at the bottom were getting close to what they are looking for but not sold on the dots + keys, it looked too much / too complicated.

So basically we need something SIMPLE / Clean

SYMBOLS: using the key and/or a house symbol, otherwise play with some kind of dots to symbolize (could be abstract) the map of Holland

You could try to draw also a house with dots using green/grey colors... this is a suggestion from client.

COLORS are open, but again look at the ones we picked, it seems to be working out.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Worldwide, people that are looking to book a home rental for vacation...

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

NEED the .com in the name, again check the example of what we did. Thank you
