LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

We're a professional, full-scale mobile DJ business. Clients hire us to provide music and entertainment for their events. We do weddings, corporate parties, university dances, birthdays and anniversaries.

We're young, hip and good looking.

We're the underdogs in the Salt Lake market and really would like to make a name for ourselves beginning with a catchy logo.

I'd like the logo to embody my personality and flair. I started deejaying eight years ago and have since moved up the ranks in Utah. I deejay a lot of weddings and corporate parties. This last year I was one of the most hired deejays for the Sundance Film Festival. I love to interact with guests and get people on their feet and moving. I can really make people smile, laugh and have a good time. People enjoy having me work their event and I almost become part of thier family.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need a catchy logo for our website, business cards, flyers and banners that is memorable, fun, pops, unique and energetic.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Brides, mother of the bride, large corporations, businesses, event planners, wedding planners, parents, students, club owners - anyone hosting a party wanting to have a good time.

The majority of our clients are women ages 18-50 with some men. The logo cannot be too female centered that men and club owners will be stand offish.

When people see our logo we'd like them to think:

I'm open to any creative, new and unique ideas. Let the creative juices flow!!!

Would prefer something clean, un-cluttered, crisp, and unique. Please use at most two colors (including black).



WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

Must have our company name. Our name is: Utah Jive.

Please use the name as the focus of the logo (i.e. try not to distract attention away from the name using objects like disco balls or records unless you feel you can pull it off).
