LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

The logo is for my photography studio, Portraits by Deborah.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

I want to have a more fun logo, that's not so traditional and relates more to today's high school seniors.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Customers include newborns, children, families, pets, and high school seniors. I want them to think I am fun and they can't wait to do business with me.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

I'm okay with the font, but if you would like to change it you can. What I really want changed is the colors. I want to get away from blacks and golds; and go with dark borwn, sage green, and a hint of yellow.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

I already have a website but I'm going to recreate it with my new colors, new logo, and have it more fun and not so traditional.

My photographer friends are telling me that these designs are not expressing what we are looking for. One said it looked like an OBGYN logo, another said it looked like the market was 50+. I like the swirly design in the first entry, maybe try to incorporate some kinda of youthful design in your entries. Thanks.

I just uploaded what I think looks like a good starting point for my logo. The backgroud color is a celery green with a texture to it, the logo color is a dark brown embossed. I would like you designers to add some sort of graphic to it. I want it to be inviting and fun for high school seniors. Thanks.
