LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Accelera Solutions is a small IT engineering company based in Falls Church, VA... Washington DC metro area. We specialize in virtualization technology and work with the Federal government as well as commercial companies. We've been recognized by Citrix Systems as their Partner of the Year and currently rank #280 on the Inc 500 Fastest Growing Companies list.

We have a customer operations center in Boca Raton, FL and between our two sites, employ about 40 people. We're currently undergoing a re-branding and this design is a major part of that project.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

Our tagline is "Virtualization is in our DNA". We’ve decided on a helix (like a DNA strand) which will have prominent location on our website, print media…and anything else we want to stamp. We like the blue and silver color scheme on our current site although that doesn’t mean the helix has to be blue too - the colors should work with that basic scheme.

One strand, two strands, interwoven, parallel...doesn't matter to us. We'll ultimately try to incorporate text with Flash or some other web development tool in order to list our solutions as part of the helix image. The image can incorporate the word "Virtualization" in the strand but it is not a required element.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Our company is focused on one technical area – virtualization. That means our audience is pretty narrowed down: IT people in government and commercial businesses and C level. They could be the real hands-on techie types, or the higher ups who control the enterprise and budgets, but they won’t stray too far from technology.

We're going to try to include text with the image on our website so that one of our solutions horizontally extends as a user scrolls along the image.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

Accelera is a young and fun company while maintaining absolute professionalism. We want to brand it as such. The design should be contemporary and fun. We don’t want to look like Wal-Mart. Think Google. Think Apple. Cutting edge technology is the space where we play.
