LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Brand Audio bought the business of C Interactive (www.cinteractive.co.uk).
We are an intelligent, research led, strategic brand audio specialists.

We provide creative consultancy to answer the question for brands "What do you sound like?" and examine how brands customer experience, in store or via telephone interaction can be improved to reflect the same quality and attention given to other media. The customer experience and journey is our business.

We also supply the technology, platform and content from our inhouse studio.

We are at the same time looking to project high quality, but fresh, young and innovative values.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

A company logo in the first instance to define who we are, what we look like, what house colours we could be etc

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

High end brands, call centres, retailers, shopping malls - essentially any business that has a high volume of callers (telephone) or visitors (site locations)

Just to add C Interactive used a microphone, ear and other similar icons to distunguish each area of its business and perhaps this might be interesting too. We have Telephone Audio, Shopping Centre Radio, In Store Radio, Music and Brand Audio Consultancy as services. Do you think each should have its own logo,icon, colour brand identity?

Please can you look closely at the BRIEF - we are looking for Brand Audio not C Interactive.

We are called Brand Audio.
We have just bought C Interactive so we may need to have a possible logo in some areas that shows Brand Audio inc C Interactive withe Brand Audio being the more dominant name. Bit like some IT companies are powered by....
Also we don't have a defined strapline - audio, media, radio covers off a number of areas. What do you sound like could be another. Will allow you some creative license here.
