think 37signals, 'flatpak', modern, sleek, subdued, target audience is people who know design and pay attention to details

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

simplicity. only 2 colors with some blends between them if necessary at max. very readable and in your face - but not obnoxious.
