Creative brief

Hi there - I need a logo for a new site called uPitch.net.

uPitch.net is an online service that allows entrepreneurs and inventors to profile their new product/service/invention/start-up to investors and seek capital. The site also provides a gateway for investors to discover new business opportunities in the UK.

The key things I am looking for with the logo:
- It has to instill trust in the brand but without looking overly serious. This isn't a hedge fund business
- I would like it to look modern. Clean, crisp and simple
- "uPitch.net" has to be in the logo
- The tagline (for now) is "Connecting Innovation with Investment"
- I am open to any colourscheme
