LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

I am a 31 year old Real Estate Agent who has now entering his 3rd year in the business. I work for a company that is the dominant real estate agency in the area and has held the largest market share for quite some time. However, the market is very saturated with a number of real estate agents who have been in the business for a lot longer than myself making it a somewhat difficult market to crack.



HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

I have been selling real estate for 3 years and have been slowly growing my business through referral's and networking. I am now looking to create a brand for my name and start a cohesive marketing campaign with letters, calendars, post cards etc. I need a trendy logo that will exude success and quality and still incorporate my name (Rob Visnjak)

I would like to perhaps have the 'R' and 'V' create the main focus of the logo but am not at all opposed to other creative ideas. My name must be somewhere in the logo as that is the brand I am trying to grow. I will probably have my business cards and letterhead printed with Bronze foil, however I am not opposed to other colour schemes and ideas.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

My target is the young, trendy Home buyer/seller but also everything from young families to retirees. I need my logo/brand to be a symbol of success, class, and forward thinking.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

I really like the look of a bronze coloured logo on a a beige/off white background. I want to keep it simple and was inspired by a logo at a restaurant I visited in Barcelona (www.brown33.com). Think 'high end'.

I thought of perhaps having the R and the V joined (or semi-joined) but not too sure if that would good and how I would get my full name in there.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

I do not want any cheezy houses, pictures or photos incorporated into the logo.
