Creative brief
LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
The project is a 6 unit residential condominium project located in San Francisco's hippest neighborhood. There are 2-3 bedrooms condominium homes, each with 2 car parking, hi level of finish, many of the homes with views, the units are bright, stylish, modern, great floorplans, walk to everything. The neighborhood has lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, hang outs and awesome weather- it is a bit edgy, but in a good way.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
I need a brand/ logo - something to use on brochures/ postcards/ mailers/ website etc. The designer who wins this could also be selected for collateral design.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
young, wealthy urbanites with style- single, couples, gay, techies, silicon valley commuters, no families
