I am a bit disappointed to see your comments U_Design and Shannonjyl. This, my first experience with Crowdspring has been very positive. There were so many entries I was a bit overwhelmed. I was referred by a friend who had a logo designed here. I know NO ONE associated with this site. I did state that I wanted something sophisticated, hip and cool. I prefer to keep the brief open to interpretation as it tends to allow creatives to apply their own thinking versus interpret mine.
The design I chose satisfies all of my criteria, but also added a level of artistry and individuality that I wasn't expecting, or could have described. It has met with incredibly positive response from my immediate peer group with whom I shared my top 6 or 8 favorites. I hope this answers any concerns you might have had with my project, I certainly would like to think you will continue to participate on this site. Just so you know, I am a designer/Creative Director myself, and I picked another designer's logo for my own business. How's that for honesty and appreciation for others work?
Thank you to all of the designers who contributed to my project. Now I know how the bachelor and bachelorette must feel!

This is a polemic question at the backbone of CrowdSpring's survival. The only real way of knowing is through IP addresses, but that's easily fooled so quick answer: there's no way of knowing.

the winner's logo did not reflect the buyers "wants"..and the word "fake" being said?
How can crowdsprings prevent buyers from picking their own submissions or their friends?
