LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

A new real estate company in the DFW area with the following vision statement:

A company devoted to partnering with individuals in the DFW area to meet their Real Estate needs by operating with the utmost integrity and professional competence. Our integrity is our most valuable and guarded asset - it is our paramount goal to operate with complete honesty and accountability exceeding the expectations of our customers on a daily basis. To also acknowledge that God is sovereign in the affairs of men and that this partnership must appreciate HIS role and purpose.

Attributes of the company:
- To deal with people on a one-on-one basis, closely understanding their needs and meeting their expectations – the intention is to utilize Six Sigma tools and principles combined with God’s guidance, as it relates to the treatment of mankind - with respect and dignity, in order to understand and meet needs.
- To be accountable for mistakes and failures and to meet commitments.

Differentiation:
- Operating as distinctively Christian
- Use of Six Sigma tools and principles in order to enhance the ability to understand needs; to use statistical analysis to analyze and evaluate trends & market conditions and to offer superior advice & guidance; to enrich the experience of both agents and clients by developing and utilizing consistent & valuable means to conduct real estate process and transaction.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

A logo that will be easily recognizable and attention-getting that can be used for electronic media (marketing materials, email, website, etc.), real estate signs, stationary, business cards, etc.

Ideally the logo will encapsulate the idea of partnership (i.e. side by side) and somehow convey integrity.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

The target audience is all people participating in the residential real estate process; RE agents & brokers, sellers, buyers, mortgage companies, insurance companies, title companies, relocators, etc.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

We can envision a city (or suburban neighborhood) scape (or silhouette) with the name somehow embedded into it, however, do not want to limit creativity - we are very interested to see what you come up with! Color scheme has not been decided but prefer bright, sharp colors with distinct contrasts. Will need something that is eye-catching from the street (i.e. signs), yet easily reproducible (from a marketing perspective).

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

The name of the company needs to be incorporated into the design; (if any religious symbol is used it must be subtle);

Note, a question has been asked about the name of the company. Somehow it did get included! The name of the company is:
"Realty Side by Side, LLC".

Also, a question has been asked related to a tag line and what it should be. This addition would be appreciated, however, I don't have one at this time. Will provide this soon...hopefully, this will not delay any efforts...

Another question asked concerning additional specifics, text, color, etc. -

As for other specifics, not really. I've been using some color schemes in my current marketing but don't want to bias these designs...so long as they use sharp, bright colors with contrast I think that I'll be thrilled. I like text that is flowing but again, do not wish to bias the design. It's very possible that block lettering or other simplistic styles would work better given a certain schema.

I've decided what the tagline will be:
"Opening doors to your real estate success...Psalms 20:4,5"

Note that the "Psalms 20:4,5" nomenclature does not have to be directly tied to the tagline but could be below it or in front of it or something else, but must be there and somehow related. FYI, Psalms 20:4,5 states:
"May he give you the desire of your heart
and make all your plans succeed.
We will shout for joy when you are victorious
and will lift up our banners in the name of our God.
May the LORD grant all your requests."

I'm very impressed - so many great entries...ya'll have made me into a crowdSpring "believer"...
The idea of "Side by Side" is the idea of partnering with people (and with God to some degree)...some have captured the idea of opening doors and some have potentially represented side by side homes, but I'm still not seeing this people partnering concept come through. One of the designs did have a silhouette of people shaking hands in front - that's sorta at least the essence. If there was some way to take the existing designs (that are rated high) and incorporate partnership then it would be great. I'm not asking for people shaking hands, I'm thinking there are abstract ways to convey this idea - you've been very creative thus far; possibly someone has a great idea that conveys partnership that could be incorporated. [I know it's asking alot but I don't want to lose the idea of opening doors either.]

Thanks everyone for your efforts and such great designs...

Well you all have greatly impressed me with your diligence and excellence in the designs that you've created...you've made my decision making much more difficult - so many good designs! Tomorrow is the last day and I will make a decision. I am currently soliciting input from family, friends, clients, and others to help me get a bigger perspective and make a wise decision. Thanks all for your excellent efforts...!

Thanks all for great work...sorry that I could not respond to every one of the 50+ designs that were submitted since last night...some of which were quite unique and creative...I did do some polling and came up with the top 2 designs which I have designated as a score of 5. Will choose a winner tomorrow.

THANKS AGAIN to ALL!
