This logo design is for the ‘DiabeVita Medical Center’

What is the ‘DiabeVita Medical Center’?
=============

The ‘DiabeVita Medical Center’ is a multi-location, family practice. Our medical offices specialize in diabetes treatment. Vita is a Latin word for life. The waiting room and overall environment is more like home or upscale office than a typical cold clinical setting.

Our focus of treatment is on ‘whole-system’ prevention and health management counseling, not just clinical treatment of a health problem.

What we need?

We need a new logo to represent our practice; It will be appearing on our website, and across all other mediums including stationary, forms and offices. We are outsourcing the logo design hoping to get a great idea to represent us.

Guidelines:
=============

- The logo must contain the name “DiabeVita”.
- The logo should be styled as DiabeVita Medical Center, with "Medical Center" as less prominent, or just as “DiabeVita”.
-There may be various tag lines used in different circumstances, so add this placeholder text for now wherever it best fits the design: Live Life Well.- Any symbol is at the artist's discretion, but the logo or a part of it must be able to stand alone as an icon – for branding purposes (favicon, email signature, buttons etc)
- Also not too generic, we won't it be confused with similar logos (branding)
- Also, we encourage you to send us a PM if something is not clear to you or you want more details. We'll be happy to oblige.
- Please do not incorporate the color red, EKG-type lines, hearts, children, or a caduceus in the design, but otherwise, anything goes.
