Abacus is team of executives with hands-on experience in leading and growing small businesses. We apply this experience to enhance valuation improvement for owners of North American companies with 3-50 million in sales. We craft and implement strategies to drive business evolution guided by measurement. We assess new market opportunities and alliances. We install systematic processes and procedures. We work with business owners to deliver growth and exit strategies.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Target Audience:
Small U.S. business owners 3-50 million in sales. These might be individuals, families, or private equity firms. They may be companies in need of turnaround. They might be companies where the leader is ill, has passed away suddenly and nobody is there to run the company. They might be owners in their late 50s to 70s looking to get their company ready for sale and retire. Or they might be younger owners looking for leaders to work with them to build a true organization rather than stay a small "mom and pop" shop.

Target Referral Audience:
CPAs, Bankers, Attorneys, Wealth Managers, Business Intermediaries, who have small business owners as clients.

We want them to know that we are NOT consultants. We assess their organization and provide customized, hands-on small business leadership either alongside owners in place of the owners. The deliverables are the improvement of the value of their companies through the execution of growth or organizational strategies.
