This is our Vision - we want the logo to reflect this...

Welcome to The Hothouse Group. What fuels us are two core beliefs. One, that any learning and development you undertake should be good and do you good in a lasting way – as an organisation and as an individual. Two, that everyone in your organisation should be nurtured and encouraged to grow, whether they aspire to grow upwards, sideways or to become the best they can be in their field. To do this, we’ve set about to create a new approach to learning and development, within a carefully cultivated group climate, that allows individuals to learn and grow as part of a group.

The Hothouse Group offers Group Process Coaching, which delivers a three-dimensional approach to learning. We create a supportive learning group environment that enables participants to work on individual goals around a common theme, whilst at the same time building their self and interpersonal awareness and skills, to thrive as great team players, managers and leaders. The group environment offers a balance between relating to, and learning from, similar experiences and different perspectives. Our experience shows that participants become more aware of how they operate, within the wider organisational system.
