Online bookstore and book portal for children ages 0-10

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

Logo for business (used on website and all business collateral).
From logo would to commission further art work for web GUI

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

1. Children ages 0-10
2. Parents of children ages 0-10

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

Animals are good. Like contemporary/clean look - but one that will appeal to children. Am considering website done in primary colors (plus green) to be gender neutral but not decided. i like the www.namebubbles.com logo.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

Nothing frilly.

THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN REOPENED AND EXTENDED. The awarded logo was deemed a potential copyright infringement by the crowdspring team. The top contenders were the worm coming through the book with "Readigans" below in different colors, the alligator reading the book and the horse/dog as a book.
