HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need a 728x90 banner ad and a 300x250 banner ad to promote our achievement test.
So the same design but resized so the final banner is in both the 728x90 and the 300x250 size.

Banner can include animation (your choice) . Animated ads can be formatted as either .GIF and Flash files

The banner will be used on Google's ad network, the nightingale.com site as well as other websites where we promote our products.

Must meet Google Adwords Banner Specs:
Banner specs:
Banner ad file must be 50K or smaller.
Size: 728x90 and 300x250
If Animated, ad can include a maximum of 30 seconds of animation (at a 15-20 fps frame rate). Endless looping is not allowed.




OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Our current customer file is about 52% male / 48 % female ages 32-55, with the majority being professional/business individuals looking for personal and professional development.
